Thursday 15th septembre 2011 Irish Tap and Dance Lessons Restarting
Irish Tap and Dance Association is restarting for the year 2011-2012. There will be Irish tap lessons with David Moore, a former leading dancer in Riverdance (TCRG diploma, delivered by the Irish Dancing Commission).
The lessons are in English and open for children (from 4 years old), teenagers, and adults. All skill levels welcome (beginners and advanced) !

Saturday 25th june 2011 Irish Tap and Dances Gala
You can see dancers from the association and two girls (irish champion of 10 et 11 years old), who come especially for this event !
Moreover there will be David MOORE on stage, ancient first leader of RIVERDANCE and professor of the association.
After that there will be a Ceili with Edith (to explain the dances) and music with SHELTA trio.

Saturday 28th may 2011 Dervish concert
During the festival of Printemps de Pérouges, the irish music band Dervish (from Sligo) will play at the ferme de Rapan in Pérouges (20 min from Lyon) at 9pm.

Lugdunum CLG is very proud to announce that we will be hosting our very first Gaelic football tournament on March, 12. The competition will our friends and rivals Toulouse, Paris, and may also mark the return of Clermont Gaels.
After the tournament, dinner will be held at Johnny's Kitchen, one of our great sponsors, and will be followed by a genuine Irish party.

In Ireland, january 6th is "Nollaig na mna", or Women's Christmas. Traditionally it's the day when the ladies have a day off from all the work about the house.
To mark it the Grenoble Celtic Connection are organising a ladies's night out at the restaurant Le 5 (5 Place de Lavalette 38000 Grenoble) on Thursday January 6th at 7.30pm.
