One of greatest pleasures is to make you discover Irish cinema in a friendly way !

An event every month

Each month we organise a new movie projection. These are completely open and free for AFIL members.
After watching the film we usually enjoy a little chat, in French or English, with some nibbles and drinks.
All information is usually shared through our newsletter, on social media (Facebook and Instagram) or on the Whatsapp community.

Lyon and the Irish cinema

Lyon is famous in the cinema industry and generally highlights Irish movies during dedicated festivals. We are always happy to share more information about these events through our channels and foster these cultural meetings.

From October 2026, cinema nights are on hold as we are currently looking for a place to host them ! Thanks for your understanding !
